Who we are
CIFR 13 is operated by Cifr 13 Corp. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit cifr13.com, contact us or book a call. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, for example when you fill in our enquiry form or email us, such as:
- Your name, email address, company name and phone number
- What you tell us about your business when you email us or book a call
- Details you enter in our enquiry form, such as company size, what you need help with and your message
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls
- To understand your needs and provide our services
- To keep business records we are required to keep by law
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers. Our host, Netlify, receives and stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf. They only process your information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it securely.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us at connect@cifr13.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
